An LFO keeps things moving
An LFO is a slow oscillator you never hear directly. It moves another control up and down, over and over.
On pitch it is vibrato. On the filter it is a wobble. On the amp it is tremolo. Rate is a note length, so the movement locks to the tempo; Depth is how far it goes.
Your turn. A resonant filter is ready. Add an LFO and make it wobble like the target, like a wah pedal.
